What is in it, and how much?
450mg of micronized diosmin and hesperidin per serving, alongside horse chestnut seed extract standardized for aescin. Forty-two capsules per bottle, two capsules a day. Every amount is printed on the panel.
Why does 'micronized' matter?
Diosmin is a large molecule and is poorly absorbed at ordinary particle size. Micronization reduces that particle size so more of what is on the label can actually be taken up.
How is this different from capsules in a pharmacy aisle?
Most shelf products list one botanical at an unstated strength, often inside a blend. This lists each active with an individual amount, so you can compare it against anything else in about ten seconds.
How long before I notice anything?
Most people who notice a change notice it in weeks three to four, usually at the end of a long day. Six to eight weeks is the fair point to judge it, which is why the guarantee runs ninety days.
Is it safe to take with medication?
